FOTD: PRC Duty

I scheduled today to go to PRC to get a Certificate of Board Rating. Pictures were taken after I got home, so my makeup is mixed with all the pollution from Manila. LOL

Not looking ‘fresh’ anymore

Face:

Lips:

• Estee Lauder Pure Color Long Lasting Lipstick in Candy

I wanted to just use Sin, Chopper, and Smog on my eyes for the “day look.” But I thought my eyes still looked plain even though I purposely patted the eyeshadows lightly, so I added Oil Slick on the outer “V” and crease. Very little of that eyeshadow does go a long way. Good thing I was careful or I would have looked like I was preparing for a night out.
