E.L.F. Blending Eye Brush

I got this blending brush by E.L.F. at Watsons Mall of Asia for only PhP129 (< $3). This was bought around May of this year. I only got to wash this yesterday and use it this morning. ^^;;;

I have no idea what the hair is made of, but it’s not prickly which is most important in brushes. It didn’t even shed when I washed it. The brush is light though which, for me, makes it easy for me to use. But that shows it’s cheaply made.
